We deliver fully coordinated, "Issued-for-Construction" (IFC) engineering and detailed project design for all components of transport infrastructure, heavy systems, and mission-critical networks.

The final detailed design phase focuses on mitigating risk and freezing the project scope by enforcing absolute data synchronization across all functional disciplines. Through comprehensive multi-layered clash detection, we coordinate right-of-way boundaries, advanced topographic mapping, environmental permits, utility conflicts, and rigorous structural detailing. This cross-disciplinary synthesis delivers a single, uncompromised technical baseline that fully aligning with the definitive project approval and contract standards set forth in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 23. This phase results in complete, clash-free roadway/railway templates, finalized pavement structures and exhaustive shop drawings ready for immediate field deployment.

The final detailed design package is developed until the highest level of definition is achieve,  translating prior preliminary studies into precise, binding engineering blueprints. Supplemented by definitive geotechnical boring logs anlysis, finalized structural calculations, and exact site data, this phase locks in the final detailed bill of quantities (BOQ), highly detailed cost estimations, and a bulletproof project delivery plan. Our final deliverables are engineered to ensure the contractor can execute the proposed infrastructure asset seamlessly on schedule, flawlessly within budget, and minimizing unexpected Change Orders.
